Delete your account & data

This page explains how to delete your BuildRocket account and the data tied to it. It applies to both the BuildRocket web app at buildrocket.ai and the BuildRocket Companion mobile app — they share one account.
How to request deletion
You can delete your account in either of these ways:
- In the app (instant, self-service): sign in, then go to Settings → App & Account → Delete account (or open this page while signed in), type DELETE to confirm, and your account is removed immediately.
- By email: if you can't sign in, email admin@buildrocket.ai from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We action these within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all data associated with it, with no recovery. That includes:
- Your login and profile (name, business details, account settings)
- Your projects, scopes, estimates, payment schedules and selections
- Uploaded and generated files, photos, and audio captures
- On-site captures (scope, defect, variation and verbal notes)
- Time entries, rosters, supplier/trade contacts and your CPD log
- Push-notification tokens and connected-service links (e.g. Notion)
Tokens or credits on the account are forfeited on deletion. Some records we are legally required to retain (for example, transaction records needed for tax or accounting obligations) may be kept for the period the law requires, then deleted.
